Board Minutes - March 10, 2026

  1. Welcome - Members present: Ruthann Ross, Barbara Locke, Kimberly Bartley
    1. Absent: Judy Benton, Angie Jordan
    2. Discussed additional board members needed.
  2. Minutes - The minutes from 12/1/2025 were read and a motion was made by Barbara to accept them as read, seconded by Ruthann. Motion carried
  3. Financials - December financials were discussed. All questions were answered
  4. OOF Teachers/Staff - All teachers and staff are properly certified.
  5. Student Parent Handbook was distributed for all members to review. Approval at the April board meeting
  6. Adjourn
