Board Minutes - October 16, 2025

  1. Welcome - Present: Ruthann Ross, Judy Benton, Barbara Locke, Angie Jordan, Kim Bartley
    1. Jody Studstill resigned from the board.
  2. Minutes - Minute from the 6/26/25 board meeting was read and discussed, Judy made a motion to accept the minutes as read, seconded by Barbara.
  3. Final Budget 2024-25 - Final Audit/Budget was discussed, Barbara made a motion to accept this as the final budget for 2024-25, seconded by Judy.
  4. Budget for 2025-26 - 2025/26 Budget was presented, discussed. Motion was made by Ruthann to accept budget and seconded by Judy.
  5. Out of Field Teachers - All teachers are in field and highly qualified.
  6. Adjourn
